That grounding still shapes how the work is done today. From there came time with E.ON and then Vaillant, working to manufacturer standards on installation, servicing and fault-finding. Twenty-three years on from that first year in 2003, that is where the depth comes from: not one type of boiler in one type of property, but the whole spread of domestic heating across two counties. CSGHP Ltd was established in 2019 so the work could be done properly rather than to someone else's clock. It remains a small, direct operation: you speak to the person who will be in your house, and the person who quotes the job is the person accountable for it. We help homeowners, landlords and letting agents across Nottingham, Derby, Mansfield, Hucknall, Ilkeston, Beeston, Long Eaton, Matlock and Chesterfield. The specialism is domestic gas and heating: boiler installation, servicing and repair, central heating, radiators, power flushing, landlord certificates and domestic plumbing including unvented cylinders. What customers actually want is simple and rarely delivered: an honest diagnosis, a price before the work, someone who turns up, and heating that works afterwards. No commercial premises or plant rooms. ### What we specialise in Gas boilers and central heating, installation, servicing, repair, power flushing, radiators, CP12 certificates and domestic plumbing with unvented cylinders. ### Where we work Based in Underwood, close to the M1, short travel times and a realistic same or next-day response on breakdowns. ### When we work Monday to Friday 8:00am–6:30pm and Saturday 8:30am–12:00pm. Closed Sunday. Mission & Standards ## The standards we hold ourselves to on every job Not slogans, the specific commitments that decide how a job is quoted, carried out and handed over. ### Priced before the work, not after A repair visit is £80 + VAT and includes the first hour on site. If more is needed, you get the price before we carry on. Quotes for new boilers and heating installations are free and fixed in writing. ### Diagnose the system, not just the symptom A boiler fault is often a system fault: sludge, a flat expansion vessel, poor balancing, a slow leak. We test the water and check the whole system, because replacing a part on a sick system just books the next call-out. ### Manufacturer standards, not shortcuts Baxi approved installer and Vaillant registered installer, with installations commissioned to the manufacturer's requirements so the 5, 7 or 10 year warranty stands up if it is ever needed. ### Guarantees you can hold us to Most work carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee, with terms varying for certain repairs. New boilers also carry the manufacturer's own warranty of 5, 7 or 10 years depending on the boiler chosen. ### Clean, careful, respectful Dust sheets down, the area left tidy, and patience with elderly and vulnerable customers, which is what our documented reviews consistently mention. ### Domestic only, deliberately Houses, flats and rental property.
